Our exhibition highlights for you:

SPRINT with robot connection

SPRINT base.line with automated loading. The concept for the robot connection of the single-sided drilling and dowel inserting machine was implemented together with Rotte Anlagen und Fördertechnik. A special feature here is the handling of narrow parts.

Flexible drilling and doweling operation

Thanks to the point-to-point processing unit, the machine can be flexibly adjusted for vertical and horizontal drilling at the edge of the workpiece and can be used for small batch sizes up to batch size 1. The pre-installed belt conveyor also enables ergonomic one-man operation.

Complete processing of frame parts

Complete processing of framed doors: Here, the supplied strand material is first cut to finished length, then the rails are edged and the stiles are embossed. Finally, the frame parts pass through two drilling machines, in which they are drilled from 5 sides and dowels are driven in.

Troughfeed drilling and doweling machines

  • Narrow part processing: with double cycle function for high quantities for a part length of up to 2,500 mm
  • Carcass bases: processing of workpiece widths up to 600 mm
  • Highlight: Newly developed KOCH user interface!

Door frame production

  • with fully automatic setting of fittings & 16-fold rubber seal dispenser for maximum color and quantity selection
  • for angled holes through the rebate. This drilling later allows the frames of fire doors to be anchored invisibly in the wall

Folding of furniture back panels and different folding decors for furniture fronts

Folding of furniture back panels and various folding decors for furniture fronts. Thanks to a new milling tool developed by Lehbrink, the machine can also fold decors for furniture fronts. This allows, for example, the seamless joining of different decors without the need to cover disturbing transitions with decorative stone. The RWB base.line thus opens up new ways of designing fronts in the furniture industry and caravan interiors
