LEHBRINK´s automatic free cut adjustment system ensures that the jamb is (LINK: Zargenbearbeitung) for a tear-free cut due to complete bypassing of the U-shaped-jamb. The path-controlled, 3-sided bypassing saw unit as well as the pre-cutting adjustment prevent surface damage to the workpiece during the sawing process.
Precise machining due to angled saw blade
The saw blade is slightly angled during this machining process, depending on the machining path. Thus, the exiting teeth of the saw blade press exclusively into the part of the workpiece that is cut off during the sawing process. The cut follows the U-shaped workpiece exactly.
