Lamella table

The chain conveyor patented by Lehbrink with attached MDF lamellas, offers the perfect counter position for throughfeed processing! The lamella counter-support provides the decisive flexibility during the machining process: Due to the complete freedom of movement, the workpieces can be machined at any desired position on the counter-support (milling/drilling). No set-up operation is necessary, because the lateral clamping elements can be moved aside individually.

If needed, the damaged MDF lamellas can be easily replaced. This quickly and efficiently eliminates the signs of use from through holes and milled holes. In addition to their function as a counter-support, the slats also serve as a means of transport for the workpieces. Thanks to the intelligent control of the chain conveyor, the same points are always approached for through-hole machining wherever possible. This increases the service life of the lamella table with identical machining.
