About us
The Management
The achievements of the company founder Gerhard Koch, his quest for independence, his ambition, his courage, his initiative, and his tireless dedication on behalf of his company were exemplary and deserve our utmost respect.
In 2005, KOCH Group expanded by adding the company LEHBRINK Spezialmaschinen, founded in 1950 by Wilhelm Lehbrink. Since then, both companies have been producing together at the production site in Leopoldshöhe.
We are also keenly aware that the success and the steady growth of the corporate group largely hinges on the performance of its loyal and dedicated workforce. They have made unique contributions to us, for which we are very grateful.
Continuing to strongly position our group as a tradition-conscious family business for the future, and to meet the demands of ever increasing developments, is a challenge that the third Koch generation also accepts with passion, courage, and self-confidence.
The future is what we make out of it.
